Nooré Studio — Luxury Fashion E-commerce
A quiet-luxury abaya label built in Dubai — where the store has to feel like the same standard of calm as the garments it sells.
01 — Overview
Nooré makes contemporary abayas designed in Dubai for women who find beauty in simplicity. The site had to do two jobs at once: behave like a fashion editorial that sells a feeling, and behave like a reliable shop that gets someone to checkout without friction.
02 — The Challenge
Quiet luxury fails when it is over-designed. The brand needed restraint — but restraint that still guides a visitor from "I like this" to a specific size, an add-to-bag and a completed order. Long editorial pages also mean products can disappear below the fold, so the shop had to live inside the storytelling rather than after it.
03 — The Approach
Treat the homepage as a magazine spread that happens to be shoppable. Collections are the navigation, products appear inside the narrative, and quick view keeps someone from losing their place in the story. Every visual decision removes noise rather than adding decoration.
04 — What I Built
- Editorial homepage with hero campaign, featured collection and new-arrivals grid
- Shop-by-collection browsing — everyday, occasion and signature
- Product pages with imagery, pricing in AED, size guide and add-to-bag
- Quick view so browsing never breaks the page the customer is reading
- Cart with quantity handling and a clear, unhurried checkout path
- Our Story page covering the brand idea, craft and contact
- Newsletter capture, social gallery and full customer-care footer with shipping, returns, sizing and FAQs
- Payment method presentation including instalment options relevant to the region
05 — Design Direction
Warm neutrals, generous white space and a serif display face used sparingly. Photography does the talking; the interface stays quiet. Motion is limited to slow fades and reveals so the page feels composed, never busy.
06 — User Experience
Land → read the story → shop by collection → quick view or open a piece → choose a size → bag. Customer care is present in the footer of every page, and the brand story sits one click from the logo, so context is never far away.
07 — Technical Work
Astro + Tailwind CSS on Cloudflare Pages. Multi-page commerce structure with shared product data, optimized responsive imagery, semantic structure for SEO, and mobile-first layouts tuned for a shopping flow that mostly happens on a phone.
08 — Final Result
A store that reads like a campaign and converts like a shop. The brand finally has a digital presence with the same composure as its product — and a clear path from first impression to order.
